If someone gave me that boat :mrgreen: I would have the door to the berth and the hinged lid, out of there! Why or why? Plus a few other minor adjustments :wink: . Robbi

Right, but the thing that's not obvious from the photo is that it's a LONG step down into the head. Yes, there's a shallow midway step - you can just see the edge of it. So while the head has standing headroom, the ergonomics of entering and exiting this compartment are poor. Not as poor as tunneling under the helm seat to get to the "cave" <grin> but at least that isn't obscuring your forward vision all the time when _not_ in use. The other thing that struck me about the entire molded head was that it's going to be difficult to decorate / accessorize / disguise in any way.
