This is not my boat, and I don't have anything to gain, it's even at a Dealership (Wefings) But it is such a great deal I just had to post it.....

It is a REALLY nice boat....like new...with only 80 hours....not a mark on it....has a single Honda 90...not much electronics...but such a good deal... Mark told me it is in the high 20's...... but it is so nice it is like buying a new boat.....not a crack anywhere, or a bruse, or blemish....it is the dark red color...has a single axle galvinized trailer ....has a swim step.... But it's just outstanding condition... one of those boats that sat in someones garage...lightly used... but due to age is priced right.....
I HIGHLY recommend this boat to anyone looking for a super nice boat...

I checked at the Dealership and its posted for $33,000. I am in Northern B.C. and with the Canadian dollar around .80 cents it moves the price up sharply. Too bad as it looks like a nice boat.

I'll just keep looking.

It doesn't seem to say above, but I assume this is a 22, right?

How about posting a LINK right here on this thread for everyone's convenience, and maybe a photo too? (I couldn't find it on their site.)

Too bad it’s all the way in Florida, have someone who’d buy it sight unseen here in Alaska.
When I was looking it amazed me how much cheaper these boats were on the east coast. At one point I almost closed on a boat similar to ours in Maine better equipped for 10k less.
Obviously the demand and price of these boats is far greater on the West coast; this one would most defiantly fetch 40k and change here in Alaska; Pacific Northwest assessment a close second.
With low fuel prices these days a West Coaster could fetch this boat and be way ahead.

I agree. I see more boats available on the East side and they appear cheaper. Problem is that, being Canadian, our dollar has slid again and with the added GST and cost of returning it from the East coast to B.C., the price skyrockets.
Hopefully something will show up in Canada, preferably on the West coast.

Andrew,
Timing is everything, eh? Last summer I spent a month at Ucluelet on VI and the exchange was 1 to 1 or a little less. Everything is so volatile now if you wait a few weeks it may go up again. Would you have to pay duty on a used boat?

I believe we have to pay the PST when we licence it. There is alot of info at:http://boating.ncf.ca/license.html about this subject and the difference between licencing and registering a boat in Canada and bringing in a boat from the US.

CAVU.
I have a place in Port Alberni, near Ucluelet. I can understand why you spent a month there. Problem is, I have yet to acquire my C-Dory but time will fix that.
