Stored off water inside warehouse.
Clean titles to C-Dory and trailer.
Runs beautifully. Last ran: March 2013

This was my father's beloved boat. We are looking for a very good home.

Engine: 2002 Yamaha F100, 182 hours.
Engine serviced February 2013 (Receipt on file) to include:
• R+R Carbs- disassemble, clean, reassemble
• Change Spark Plugs, R+R throttle position sensor, R+R rectifier (voltage regulator)
• Repair burner wires
• Recon Prop
• Throttle position sensor with new Ribbon
• Regulator with new harness
• New Marine Starting Battery

Trailer: 2005 Magic Tilt aluminum tandem-axle trailer, model TALS 2440. Disc brakes. (purchased new). Trailer Spec chart in with pictures.

Cockpit/decks:
Swim platform with three-step ladder.
Bimini with aluminum frame and zippered storage cover.
Rod holders in port and starboard gunwales.
Docklines and Fenders
2 Bilge Pumps- Guardian 500 Automatic

Yamaha digital gauge upgrade with third gauge: Fuel Management, Speed, Tach.

Upholstery:
Sunbrella Upholstery in Mediterranean Blue - excellent condition.
Full set of window covers, white sailcloth with blue Sunbrella banding. (never used.)
Snap in screens for forward hatch, center window, and door.
Center window can be opened with screen in place; door screen has zipper for ingress/egress.
Snap in banded carpet for cabin soles.

Other:
Bottom paint
Teleflex cable steering
Aluminum main and spare props
All equipment manuals

Summary:
1) Clean boat, stored inside, only freshwater use since 2005.

2) Lightly used, low engine hours; slightly higher horsepower engine.

3) Newer, aluminum trailer with disc brakes

4) Additional "domestic" add-ons - the screens/carpet, plus overall clean interior.

5) Opening front window (an option)

6) Wallas stove/heater

7) Swim platform with ladder (an option)

Your boat looks like a sister to mine I also have the snap-in carpet, window screens, and screen door. I really like the screens and screen door, and the translucent sailcloth type window covers. "Small" things, but handy to have :thup

What a beautiful boat and for a great price!

Good luck on your sale. Maybe one day in the future I will be able to upgrade to a boat like yours. You are going to make someone very happy--- hopefully soon!

I apologize. I did reply but found it, along with other pm's still sitting in my out box from last week. I don't know why they did not go.

The boat did just sell. I didn't want to turn anyone away until the sale was final.
