2002 16 Cruiser, $18,000 (Fairbanks, Alaska)

I see AK-Brando linked to my craigslist ad before I could post it here
and it is true he is in NO way affiliated with me. One correction
however, the boat is located in Fairbanks, Alaska not Anchorage.

Anyway, I just can't seem to get to Valdez often enough to use my
boat. I'm also building a BIG shop and a small house so for now the
assets need to go to dry land. The boat has served me well for the few
hours I have used it and it will be missed!

I come up with a value of about $21,500 on the NADA site and I am
asking $21,000. What do you C-Dory Vets think? Am I priced about
right? I would appreciate your feedback! Below are the specifics.

Turn-Key Boat Like New!
 
I have reduced the price of this boat to $19,500 and I am now including
a Brand New, Never Used, 2004 Suzuki 6hp, 4-stroke, longshaft kicker motor.
 
Seemed a little high at first glance, but the equipment and accessories list is absolutely awesome. Should make someone a really good boat.
 
Ok, I am a firm believer in the market sets the price
and if something isn't selling it's probably because
the price is too high.

Therefore, I am reducing the price to $18,000.
This includes the kicker motor.
 
frostheave - you should edit the price in the heading. Many people may not look at the thread to find you have reduced the price by $3,000.

Don’t get too carried away with reducing the price. Sometimes it takes a-while to sell a boat.

According to the rules listed all the way in the lower right
of the "C-Dory Boats For Sale By Owner" page,
"You cannot edit your posts in this forum." If
someone could change the price in the sublect to $18,000
that would be greatly appreciated!
