2000 Users!

OK, since "Tap Nosredna" is a fake user (it lasted WAY longer than I thought it would though!), the REAL 2000th user would be the 2001st! Presenting:

We have 2001 registered users
The newest registered user is JunoCpl

Does JunoCpl win the freezer burned smelt?
 
I have a half of a King Salmon that is quite freezer burned. I was going to use it for crab bait, but I could be persuaded to give it up for such a momentous occcasion.
 
Do we count cbadmin as a user? It is not a real person just as Tap wasn’t. So if cbadmin is not a user then we have to wait for 2002 to reach 2000.
 
I found a wide-mouthed jar of those little preserved minows in the back of one of the lockers I "inherited" with the new boat at the lake that must be at least 8-10 years old. We could embed the jar in resin for safety and mount the resin block on a wooden plaque, etc. .....actually might make a good joke award for the Seattle Boat Show/C-Brat Get Together!

Hate to spoil all of the fun...but there are a bunch of user ID's I'll be deleting when I get around to it. The number was in excess of 500 last time I checked.

Throughout our history, there have been many accounts created, that never logged in. The reasons for these are many...but the end result is the same. The accounts have never been used, and are in a "disabled" state because the account activation email was never acted upon.

Note: I'm not talking about killing inactive user accounts, or users that never post - we have tons of those as well. As long as somebody has logged in even once, the account will stick around.

But...expect to see that 2000 number drop significantly in the not-too-distant future.
 
David & Joe - hang on to your freezer burned salmon and preserved minnows. We probably have a few months to go before we reach 2000. It looks like Bill pruned the list. Your stuff should smell real good when that lucky or should I say un-lucky person registers.
