ABYC standards call for a fuse within 7" of the battery. "Owner's" manuals may be very misleading, since few of the boats are rigged identically. You will have a bilge pump, which should have an in line fuse, directly off the battery. There may be a fusible link or a circuit breaker somewhere near the battery.
I see you have a Furuno Radar, a VHF and CB radio, and some chart plotter, plus lights and perhaps some other electrical devices. I would want a 40 to 60 amp breaker at the battery, and a fuse for each electrical device.under the console. There may be a fuse block with a cover behind the console as many of our boats have.
If you run the Radar, chart plotter/sounder, radios and a couple of lights it is very likely to draw more than 10 to 15 amps. Do you have any photos of the area behind the console, and the area where the wires go off of the battery, and area between the battery and battery switch (where there may be a circuit breaker. The outboard may have a separate fusible link or breaker.
