As far as I know there is no more "ship to shore" radio.

May very well be a good deal, but I wonder who is selling the boat when I see descriptions like these.
 
It looks well kept but many of the electronics are showing their age as is the boat. But it could be fantastic as little wax can often go a long, long, ways. It is hard to believe that many of these old boats are going for more than what was paid for them. If this one sells for near the asking price, it is a prime example. It also supports how well they are built as stuff that is made questionably has already long been retired and put to rest. No offence to those retired and put to rest.....:)
