Janet says she will get more info and post tomorrow. After that, it should be set up to call and provide payment information.
 
Janet, Big Dave & Ruti here (Raven Dancer) Our kids just gave us a all expense paid trip to Hawiia Kona Coast for Ruthi's birthday and it conflicts with the Poulsbo get together, so you can guess where we are going.
Maybe next time......Big Dave.
 
Hi again from janet!

Short delay because I haven't been able to connect with the person who does group reservations. He will be in tomorrow (Monday) so tomorrow I will for sure (hopefully) have all the info, including phone number!

One last thing to ponder... Do we want the use of the multi-purpose room with our reservation? the cost is $50, so if there are 10 of us that would be $5 each. (Don't you just admire my math skills?). If we do want to use it, say for the potluck, which day would be best?

This group moderator responsibilty us harder than I thought! :)

saturdays are good for pot lucks. That way all the working folk(me) can get there. Sounds like a blast. Are then any golfers here.I have not played in over a year but hear they have a great course in Poulsbo. Hell I have not played 10 times in the last 6 years but if you are going to suck at golf it should be some where with a good view.

The marina at Poulsbo is not able to accept a group reservation unless we send in our first night's moorage fees with the application. They are not set up to accomodate people paying by phone separately. SO, we could each register on our own, but there is a limit of ten individual reservations and we wouldn't be guaranteed slips together. OR you could send a check to Chris and I and we could send everything in together. OR we can go somewhere else.
I can reserve the multi-purpose room for Saturday ngiht if we want it.
What do you all think?

How about you post the necessary info so we can each send you a check, and you can send it all in to the Poulsbo Marina? $$$ amount, to whom payable (marina or you?), your snail mail address, etc. I really don't want to go through trying to pick another spot or another date, this one got enough buy in to keep it alive...

The cost is $15 per day, and if you can add another $4 or $5 to go toward the mulit-purpose room rental for our Saturday potluck that would be great. The sooner the better, so let's say please have your check to us by Feb. 10. That would be one month in advance and I'm sure plenty of time to get our spots.

We have checks for the Poulsbo reservation from C-Jeanie, Daydream, SunFish, C-Dancer, and Two Lucky Fish, and Anna Leigh's check is on its way. If anyone else plans to attend, please let us know right away.

susan and I are in for friday night and saturday night. we will have to leave sunday morning. susan has a photo crop party sunday at noon. I will bring you a check in the next couple of days.
 
We worked it out so we could be there both Friday and Saturday nights. Dropped our check in the mail today, but that was before I knew we could be there for both nights so it will cover our first night and we'll catch the second when we get there. You probably won't get our letter until Saturday because we're so far away. Hope that's okay. Thank you for coordinating the event!

All,
Remember, when entering the bay there is no wake from about Keyport on. They enforce this and everyone frowns on violaters.

Also,
Anyone that is interested, I would like to put together a run to the Brownsville Marina (about 7 Miles South) to check out the accommodations with an eye on having a fall gathering there. It's my home port and I'm very proud of the place.
