Has anyone built a seat behind the sink in a 22’ cruiser? I’d like to leave the sink in place, and lower the stove top surface to 24” and build a small bench seat. It would be nice to raise the seat are and be able to set a propane stove on it, when needed. Any ideas on how to do this? Any...

There is a 1/2/& all - switch on My 22' cruiser, located near the batteries. Is it best to have the switch set at "all" ? Does this put a load on both batteries equally? Would someone please explain the purpose of this switch and when to "turn the switch" to a desired setting? Thanks

Thataway, thanks for your input. I didn’t think about the windshield angle. I guess another option would be cut the cabin wall at the gunwales and build up from there. Hmmm!

I have a 22' C dory cruiser. Love the boat. What I don't like about it is the roof is too low. I'm wondering if the stability of the boat would be affected by cutting the roof off, raise the cabin walls 10", and reattaching the roof. I'd either raise the Windows 10" or replace them with larger...
