Yes the boat is kept in the water. The bottom is clean , the prop is not bent. I got in the water and cleaned the prop. So it's clean. It wasn't bad just a few small barnicles. No fuel additives have been used at least since I took delivery. I will check for excessive heat on the prop shaft...

Yes there were some barnicles and I cleaned the units as good as I could. The prop on the thruster is free to turn by hand. The fuse is holding. I'm pretty sure the problem is in the thruster. Thanks for any and all help and suggestions.

Ok, I fixed the thruster fuse that was blown. Now the thruster clicks (solenoid clicks) that is but the thruster does not run. The fuse is holding but no thruster. I checked the voltage at the thruster and it only drops a few tenths from 13.3 to 13.1 volts. This boat is a 2007, I've owned it...
