    Looks a lot lie the wheelchair tie-downs we used on city buses and paratransit vehicles. Instead of cargo, they hold people in wheelchairs from rolling all over the the place while the bus is in motion.

    Thanx for the invite, but I guess I should have cleared it with SWMBO before asking. :roll: :sad :unlove (thought for sure she wanted to go to the blues fest and I could talk her into a side trip for an hour or 2) I guess I should be happy she wants to watch the football game this PM.     thanx, the pic of the cutie standing next to the old guy (pic #1) gives me a pretty good idea. So (don't get mad at me, now) these things are kinda like a sharpie with a dory angle on the stem? Not as fast in the rough stuff as my deep V-bottom, but much more stable to fish/picnic from.
