I've got a 22' cruiser with 2+ year old, untreated gas in its tanks. I'm hesitant to burn it off, even at an idle. Has anyone determined a (relatively) easy way of pumping/draining gas out of their tanks?

I'm wondering what everyone does to treat their water tank and keep it from becoming a giant petri dish. Or do you just not drink the water?

I'm curious to see what folks have put in that 32x6 space behind the stove. Its incline is such that the top intrudes into the space a bit, but there's still plenty of room for a spice rack or the like.
