About 6 inches of the felt liner on the starboard sliding window on my Tomcat has come out of its groove and is flapping in the breeze. If I try to push it back into into the groove, it just comes out again the next time the window is slid back. Any suggestions?

When I talked to the factory in 2006, I was told that the Tomcat hull was laid with Vinylester resin. If you are considering bottom paint, there is a lot of stuff on this site on bottom paint/epoxy/vinyester/blisters

I have Suzuki 150 4-strokes. In the Texas winter (Dusty- is that an oxymoron? :roll: ), a puff of smoke at start-up is not unusual. After that, I have never noticed visible smoke.

Another situation with the Suzuki cams- if they are adjusted differently, the motors in a two engine boat will rise to different heights in the fully "up" position. Drove me nuts until I figured it out.
