Mussels is the main reason I am going to get another trailer as my trailer has steel tubes for the frame with no way to know what is inside. I have had the boat in Lake Erie so know I could have mussels in the tubes. Bill Kelleher

I have found that if I fill fast and have my overflow bottle on the vent so I can hear a change in sound and shut it off and it won't overflow when the gas in the tank warms up. Bill Kelleher

I have a 360° white led with photo sensor and found that if you turn your lights on in daytime fog it will not light. ( duh ) So I bought a incandescent 360° light for when I am running and charging the battery. Bill Kelleher

If you shut off the C-Dory fuel selector valve and your system is tight it should just stop the gas flow and not empty the fuel filter. I had somebody do that to me last weekend by thinking the handle was the pointer. ( engine just stopped ) Bill Kelleher

I am curious why no boats were backed into shore ? I think it would be much easier to get off and on the boat. Just raise your motor and paddle in. I ask this because I am just starting with a C-Dory and outboard's. I always had inboards since 1969. Thanks in advance. Bill Kelleher
