I have found that one of those pull-push tube water squirters works quite well at sucking out almost all of the extra bilge water. It also stores easily in cockpit side compartment, doesn't cost much and be used to cool off your friends (with bilge or fresh water). Later, Rick

Hello All, After much stalling, planning, thinking etc. I cut a 4-1/2 and 2-1/2 inch hole in Bucket List's bow...and the windlass fitted and was facing the right way! (Piece of Cake...sure) Now I am having a problem finding a proper way to connect the #6 copper wire to the tiny control switch...

I scanned all of the replies and didn't find a compass mentioned. To me, whether on land or sea, a compass is the one indispensable tool I never leave the trail or shore without. No fuses, no batteries, no wires, no updates...! Just know where shore is and go slow. Good Luck, Rick

Mornin', I am in the middle of installing drain tube (3M should be dry by noon). My drain was leaking into the area under the bow cabin flooring and weeping up through the plug below the Porta-Potty. I used a BIC pen body for a drain tube. If you decide to do the same...size the drill...

Hello Tom... Go to <http://store.brownspoint.com/df2.5/fig002-2_50607.asp> and you will see a drawing of a 2.5 Suzuki. Scroll down to the parts list and find the drain plug number. Key it out with the picture and change some oil! Good Luck, Rick
