With the help of several Brats I came up with a perfect mount for my Ipad 2. I took a chance and ordered a RAM mount with a 3 inch suction. Let me tell you it's rock solid and will not come loose. What I like about it is I can mount it on the first mates side in seconds. I mean that seconds...

Ipad 2 located next to the Garmin 4212 on the Captains side. Using the Ram mount with the three and a half inch suction mount really works great.
