You might check with EQ Harbor Marine on Whidbey Island. They built one for my CD 22 using some brackets they had and starboard. A two step ladder is attached that folds up under the swim step. I think you could fit a 3 step ladder if you had it fold up on top of the swim step. I don't recall...

This web site lists non ethanol gas availability by state...and allows you to delete stations in the inventory if they no longer carry it...or add new stations as well. I have found it very helpful in both winter and summer.
