I hope you got it squared away. I had one motor, that was running rough, and wouldn't throttle up properly. If you'd force it, it would die. I was able to cheat it into the upper RPMS, and it ran great up there, just couldn't get over the throttle hump from the pilot circuit to the main without...

I just pulled the manifold, and opened the carbs to replace the idle tubes, on one of my motors. It really wasn't a bad job. It looks far worse then it is. The choke and throttle linkage just pops off of the carbs(mine were ball socket affairs). You don't have to mess with anything that needs...

What I'm using, is a 3m marine silicone, IIRC.

Over the last week or so, I've replaced the impellers on both motors. Removed and reinstalled the carbs on the port motor(this involves the intake manifold as well). I've removed and replaced, the float switches and bilge pumps in both hulls. New fuel/water separators.

I finished up the starboard side today. All is right with the world again. Battery switch off, nothing works. Battery switch "On", nothing happens until the float switch is levered to the "On" position, or the Helm switch for the Bilge pumps is turned "On". Apparently the float switch on the...

Check all your connections, and if everything looks good, you might want to have the house battery load tested. If there is an internal problem with the battery, it can show good, until it is put under a load.
