    The little bent metal springs go toward the top, slide them & the upper frame up into the window frame, push bottom of screen into the frame & bottom of the track. The little springs should keep it all in place sliding in the track effortlessly :lol: :thup

    Do a search on this sight. This has been hashed out many times. On my 91, 22" I had to cut off aprox. 2" of the 11/2 fill hose & reconnect it to the tanks to remove the kinks. :thup

    The local steel supply shop. That is a piece of 10 gage 316L that I polished, cut & welded into a T & then to the rail, sure takes the scary part of 3 ea. 5/16 bolts/studs holding the rail on from the factory. :wink: :thup (thanks for posting the pict. 2 or 3 browser changes have me baffled on...

    False. The Kodiak kit that I installed 10 years ago has worked perfect. The kit comes with an alu. press fit hub cap with a threaded outer end that a semi clear cap (with "o" ring) screws on to. I went from having to pack bearings every year to checking out of guilt every 2 yrs. Oil bath hubs...
