Finally got it off! PVC pipe over wrench handle for more leverage, more penetrating oil, and it broke loose.

Any tips for removing the fuel pickup. I have removed the tanks for better access. I am afraid of damaging the tank with too much torque. It won’t budge. Tried some penetrating oil with no luck.
