I think it's a good idea to change the impellar if for no other reason to insure the bolts don't freeze/corrode in place reinstalling them with antiseize.

My 07 has the screw in plug and as the op says it doesn't appear to have a tube just a hole drilled and sealed. Hopefully well sealed!

I came across some old pictures of a 1958 Fabuglas we had when I was a kid. This was the second fiberglass boat we had. The lines on it were beautiful and it was powered by a 35 HP Evinrude. I would go 25 MPH and in the day that was flying! There's another pic in my album showing the interior.

In my part of the world if you haven't run aground you haven't been boating. Good thing is we don't have rocks but those oyster beds can be brutal.

I got one from Wally World and it pretty much reads the same as my LMF 200.
