Condition is everything. I take it you are looking at the angler model and not the cruiser? Check the engine well, 2003 will still be carbuerated, a bit of a pain with the ethanol and varnishing. Not seeing it, or the amenities (electronics etc), it is in the ball park of fair in my opinion.
