Probably too late to help the OP, but Oxbow Marina near Isleton is another option. They have a launch ramp, locked storage yard, fuel dock, guest berths, etc. And they’re located on Georgiana Slough, one of the most beautiful areas of the Delta and centrally located. BTW, I’m happy to answer...
