    siphoning out water tank

You might also try tracing the water line from the sink to the tank. Mine was missing a 90 degree elbow fitting at the tank. Instead they used a straight fitting, which eventually caused the attached tubing to kink and water to flow very slowly.

    Holston & French Broad Rivers

These two rivers form the beginning of the Tennessee River. My cruising guide says that it's not safe to run a larger boat up either river for any distance. Anyone know how far you can go in a C-Dory size boat? Thanks. Rob

Factory option suggestions for new boats

We have always used one fender on the rear cleat and another fender that hangs from the roof hand rail at the widest part of the boat. I have a line tied in a loop at the correct length to loop through the hand rail and then I attach the fender with a hook. All of my fenders have the same...

    Thoughts on extra fuel storage

I have been taking off the standard nozzle on the new-style 5 gallon cans and dumping straight into a large funnel. The funnel is not the same make as you are looking at. Mine came from a local sporting goods store and is probably just a little smaller than the F3 model in your link. You...

    hull thickness

Another screwless option would be to use 5200 to adhere most of the block of wood, but in one smaller spot (maybe the center) use 5-minute epoxy. That way you can just hold it in place for 5 minutes until the epoxy sets, and then wait whatever time is necessary for the 5200 to set. Rob

    Bow Guard

Barry, I am interested in one that would butt up against the lower edge of the rub rail. I think that is why the link I posted shows angles at the top rather than a rectangle. If yours is rectangular, I don't think it could be mounted as high on the bow as I am looking for. Would you happen...
