Sucia Island is great--we just got back from a very pleasant 2 days there. El & Bill though we haven't met I feel like old friends having enjoyed reading about all your travels. We live in Mount Vernon about 10 miles from the Swinomish channel. Should you & your grandkids need land based beds...

You will find Sucia a lot of fun--great hiking & lots of drift wood for fires. Also with some luck you might spot some fossils. Don't forget Jones Island with lots of tame deer.

Good news, just talked with the Clerk of Court office & found I will be able to do both soooo Lake Roosevelt is a go. :D :D

Bummer--I've been called for jury duty starting May 24. I have asked to be excused--we've got are fingers crossed.

What a fantastic weekend we had - for us it was great to put the faces to the names we read on C-Brats web. Food, drink, laughs, christening, etc. all were delightful. We also enjoyed our stay on Stuart with Jim, Laurie and Fred. Ride back wasnt too bad, just a little rain. Doug, Wade joins...
