I can confirm the newer hydrastar marine EOH actuators are compatible with newer Ford f-150/expedition OEM trailer controllers over discs. Sensitivity adjustments and in cab manual override are working 100%. No more reverse lockout shenanigans or worrying about smoking pads on the downhill runs...

I went with the Hydrastar Marine 1600 psi. I saw some previous posts about blown calipers (we have tandem disc brakes), and etrailers claimed it is compatible with my OEM controller and the brakes I have. Hoping they are correct... I have had good dealings with them in the past.

Trailer work here: Stripped off the surge actuator and mounted an electric over hydraulic and a breakaway battery/switch. Replaced the adjustable coupler with a simple fixed 2” coupler (just personal preference). Tomorrow I’ll wire it up and bleed the system just in time to haul out for spring...

I believe your meter is most likely not a true RMS meter and taking an improperly calibrated reading on the modified sine wave inverter. If you could borrow a TRMS meter and test the AC output of the inverter it would tell you if your inverter is working. If my first guess is correct then...
