    Odd question?

We haven't had a chance yet to do extended trips on our TomCat, but have done a fair bit of international travel and to pick-up on what others have said, there seems to be a link between this and the "packing light" approach advocated by Steve Ricks...

Ideas for under galley cabinet for the TC?

Thanks Jeff - I guess I was trying to 'over engineer' this. Most times the simple solution is best.

Ideas for under galley cabinet for the TC?

We're looking for ideas on how best to set-up/organize the cabinet under the galley on our TC. We've seen several good ideas (in the photo albums) for the C-25 and C-22, but even though the cabinet appears to be larger in the TC - they don't seem to work because of the center post (coupled with...

Thanks Roger! We're very happy with our purchase and are anxious to have the 'outfitting' completed (although I'm beginning to understand that there is a never ending process of working on your boat). :D We would love to meet some other CD owners and by end of September, we should be up...

John - we've only been out a few times, but no noticeable list (runs great!). Posted a photo of the battery set-up in our album. Mike - Still learning the boat (and have a lot to learn about the electrical system), but there is a Guest Trolling Charger located underneath the aft dinette seat...

Out new TomCat came with three batteries (installed by the dealer) two starting batteries (34M Optima) and one 'house' battery (D34M Optima). I still need to learn the right terminology - but all three are located beneath the port forward dinette seat - behind the refrigerator. There is a...

SO WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OR ON YOUR C-DORY TODAY??

Went on our first "solo" with our new boat - short trip out and back from the marina in Oregon City. Just enough to practice getting in and out of the slip and get a feel for the boat. We like!

    Potential new boat owners

Unfortunately we need to buy a new rig to tow it :( - so for at least for now we are "confined" to the Willamette/Columbia. We're looking forward to venturing up to the Puget Sound as soon as we can and connecting with other CD owners!
