Thank you for the reply. Yes it is the transom topper. Sure looks and feels like a piece of molded rubber to me I never would have thought it was a piece of plastic. I will look for some Debond. Thank you again!

Any advice to remove the transom rubber on my C25? I searched the forum and did not find anything.
