I enjoy greatly looking at these falls in the spring and after heavy rains common here in the Seward area.

The life. Get off work, limit out on halibut and enjoy the ride home with a scenery like this. Ahhhh :)

Nice Dan! I often forget how good we have it up here. Here in Seward there are no traffic lights and I'm only 10 minutes from my driveway (outside of town) to the loading ramp. :thup

One more thing to add. I dont fish the dots up here in Alaska as much as the times. The dots correspond to current basically and slack water or the hour before and hour after the tide is when fishing, in theory, is best. Shaun

I take the dot system with a grain of salt but, I also think it makes a lot of sense. You'll notice that the bigger dot days relate with smaller tide changes. The larger difference in heights from a low tide to a high tide result in more current. How this effects fishing depends I guess on...
