Mine did that same screech sound when going down,so I told my dealer as it was due for the 100 hr checkup. He said It was common and would just grease the post on the ends where it tilts the motor up. no problem since. :thup

what holds down bilge pump to floor? I didn't want screws in bilge area,(lowest point of hull)so i just glued base with 5200,any other suggestions for this?

I asked why an owner didn't add trim tabs to his boat. He said he didn't want to drill holes in the hull under the water line, and he added about every other option to his boat. How do you all feel about drilling in this area of the hull causing eventual problems? :?:

Should you use a rawhide hammer, plastic or rubber mallet for the best results to do a soft spot check? Any Ideas? :note

I went to the boat show to do some engine comparisons in the 90-115 range yesterday. I was amazed to see their were no Hondas or suzukis to be seen anywhere. The predominant motors in order were Yammies ,Mercs and a few evinrudes. Why manufacturers would not attend this event to Rep their motors...

the current spec sheet on c-dorys web site says ,on page , material composite core & fiberglass. then on page two ,under construction-with the use of balsa core composite construction. I thought the reason it weighed more was due to NO balsa core construction,any help here with my confusion? :?:
