After calling tech support,the response was pull the fuse if u can befor freeze.the proper size fuse should blow before damaging unit. I put it back after thaw and seems fine, caught it in time I guess. :thup

My rule 500 auto sensing bilge pump was trying to sense frozen water and making a terrible grinding sound,so I pulled the fuse for now. I am hoping no damage done after it thaws. Any knowledge about this appreciated. 5 degrees yesterday :tux
