Thanks Harvey for posting the picture. Bob, I’m not sure if there was rot on the door or not but it sure seems shorter now that I have seen a picture of an original. What would be the benefit of a higher sill? I thought of making a new door unless I’m missing something here.

Desert Dory, I posted pictures of my ladder install I completed today in my album it worked out great !

Tied off with a mooring hitch knot so I could access the ladder if I were to fall into the drink single handing!

Fit great and supported 180lbs no problem
