    Frozen Bolt!

I'll give those a try but the problem that I still have is that I cannot spray it into the bolt and let the stuff pool around the bolt. Since the whole lower unit is tilted down, even if it's raised, the penetrant drips to the ground. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Frozen Bolt!

I'm trying to separte the lower unit but 3 out of 4 bolts are frozen in place. It will turn slightly but that's it. Any more force and the bolts will snap. I've tried to spray WD40 but even with the outboard tilted all the way up the outboard is still angled down so the oil dripps to the...

    Stern Light Location

Since the light plug is on top of the cabin and the red/green on the bow I'm guessing it's over 3' (I hope). Did the original light have a shaft like the ones you can pick up at West Marine or was it flush to the cabin top? I looked through their catalog and didn't see any screw in types...

    Stern Light Location

Will do. I'll look around. I never did look too hard in the cuddy. It's so small I wasn't too sure if I can fit through the hatch. If I do need to buy it does it have to be certain length or will any with a two prong end do?

    Stern Light Location

Hello All! My 16 Angler doesn't have stern light that I can see. However, on the top of the cabin there appears to be a screw in section for a plug with two prongs. I'm thinking that that's where it goes?!?!?! I think the regulations calls for it to be at the stern. Where is yours located?

    C-Dory 16

For those of you that own the 16 here's a trick I picked up from the previous owner (who was a professional fisherman) that's worked wonders. Get a short rope and attach a brass ring to the end. Make it 5-6' long...just enough to tie it to the side cleats. Run the ring through the main line...

    Gluing foam to fiberglass

The floation foam on my angler keeps sliding down the sides. What have other's used to glue it permanently to the hull? I'm afraid of glue melting away the foam or separting from the hull causing a bigger problem when regluing. Any help would be great. Thanks.

    Are Used C-Dory's Overpriced?

Before I bought a C-Dory they were definitly overpriced....after I bought mine it looks about right  As for the balsa core... or should I say balsa below the water line, made me blink for a sec. So far I've read about the balsa getting wet (resurrected thread). Sounds about the same...
