Dinghy Questions- Towing and using in Florida

No experience on dinghy towing to share, but we do have a dock you could tie-up to halfway down the east coast near the St Lucie Inlet when you get down that way. Good place to stop before heading through the Lake O locks to the Gulf side or continuing the ICW on the Atlantic. Our boat's not...

    Overall length of tomcat 255

Eyeballing the measuring tape on the ground, ours is 31' 6" from tip of anchor to back of outboards tilted down. 33' with outboards tilted up 40' on the Float-On trailer, motors down. 41' 6" on trailer, motors fully up.

Size of a boat shed for a tomcat 255

Also height can change depending on future upgrades. Ours would be just under 13.5' tall on the trailer with the addition of the tall radar arch and dome.

    Cleaning a pilothouse boat

If you select the mix-and-match 3 deal you can choose 3 bottles of the Sio2 for 33% off. I had to pull the trigger too after the recommendation and seeing the spray-on/hose-off application.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I already have a small collection of Meguiars, StarBright, and AutoGeek products to try out, adding Simple Green to that now.

    Cleaning a pilothouse boat

Hello c-brats. It's been almost a year since my grandmother passed last holidays, and our c-dory project got pushed to the back burner. Our tomcat is currently sitting in our drive waiting on me to get back to her. Between the tannin stains, the Florida sun, and the orange streaks from the...

    Cupholders

Took a break from the electrical to handle more pressing matters. Cupholders! No more will the sink be the only safe haven for small objects, phones and bottles. The missus preferred black nylon over the white and stainless options, so I found a set of 4 on Amazon for less than the cost of the...

    Greetings from Key West!

Glad to hear you're enjoying the weather. Orlando is going to be just cold enough to start a fire in the fireplace tonight. We might not be ready to join you on the Tomcat yet (radar arch and railings on order, still getting electric sorted, etc.), but we might get a chance to drive down and...
