    Rebedding/sealing canvas studs and screws?

Decided on 4200 for the snap studs. Just enough to fill the threads and squeeze out the rim. Cleans up nice with a toothpick after it sets for 15-20 minutes. Still wondering what to bed the bench seat top with, Sikaflex or butyl?

    Rebedding/sealing canvas studs and screws?

Hello Brats, long time no-C. My apologies for not contributing in awhile. With close family losses both young and old, life for us has been a blurry mess, put on pause since my last post in 2020. "Man makes plans, God laughs", as grandma would've say. Anyway, I recently got back in the saddle...

One more - Steering wheel with spinner

Tried out two different add-on knobs from Amazon. Neither stayed secure on the wheel despite multiple adjustments and modifications. Finally broke down and bought a foam wheel with built-in knob, and I couldn't be happier with it. :thup :D...

    Tomcat 255 for sale?

I was just talking with the wife last night about making a big move and selling our 2018 Tomcat as well as the 3/3 home and dock down in Stuart, FL. I still have a few projects to finish up before getting it detailed and ready for sale, and I'm in no rush with Florida's current covid numbers...

    roof rack from tomcat 255

Quoted below from a previous thread. http://www.c-brats.com/viewtopic.php?t=23000 Lots of different and creative ideas buried across the board and in c-brat galleries. We still need to decide between the rooftop A/C, solar panels, radar arch, kayak, and/or dingey, before figuring out what rack...

SO WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OR ON YOUR C-DORY TODAY??

Finally decided on placement for the bow cleats and ladder. Drilled, cored, and filled with Six Ten thickened epoxy. (All credits to Dr. Bob and Dr. John's advice and tips.) Coated the aluminum backing plates with self-etching primer to hopefully cut down on the galvanic corrosion with the SS...
