You joke, BUT reality has not hit home for may yet, not just homes but boats. I just left San Diego where prices are 1/3 for the same boat as three years ago. The boat in the slip next to mine was for sale for 26 months with one serious offer. For 2010 that adds up to a lot in rent and upkeep!
