I’ve never been out in a 22. On a trip in my 25 my buddy described it as school bus waves coming from all directions. Not comfortable but it has handled a lot for me. For real comfort go for an 8000+ Grady white or Boston whaler, but we all know the trade off.

I would place an ad asking for someone to take you with them, offer to pay gas/hotels. Deal with the dept first before buying a C-Dory 25, they cost a lot to maintain and run in comparison to a 22 or similar.

I use a weight-distribution hitch, since I need a hitch extension for my camper. Tows great. For my springs I use Torklift Stabiloads.

Was able to see the one picture, looks great and the dual axle trailer is nice and good for crossing multiple lanes of Seattle traffic! I’ve been there towing our 25. I’d don’t know if I’ll tow through Seattle again or head north to Alaska! Enjoy, perfect timing for Alaska boating season!

I went with an energizer 31 agm and replaced the quest charger with a Victron. I just feel more confident with my batteries being agm.

For my father in laws 2016 tundra the manual says a weight distribution is needed for anything over 5000 pounds. I use one with my camper extension as well for my C-Dory 25.
