I have removed many that were stuck,just get someone to pull on it really hard while you hit the shaft with a hammer,make sure you put the nut even with the threads so you don't mess them up,the shock is what does the trick,usually only takes one hit,this is the same way to remove a steering wheel

the fiddles were barley held on with a little glue and brad nails,as far as the counter top,I got a sheet of 3/4 luon plywood,not sure if that is the correct spelling,it has teak veneer on one side,varnished it looks very good

Removed alcohol stove,and foot pump,and faucet for water system.Installed pressure water system,and don't need the stove,it has never been used,if someone needs these items let me know.Building new counter top now.

Now that the boat is almost finished with the buffing and waxing,all the oxidating came off looks bran new! Time now for pressure water system,shore power,bimini top and windless,have most the parts just need to get busy. We will leave in June for a three week cruise!
