    Raising the bar

this is a great topic and I was happy to stir things up a bit. Anyone who has any kind of camera and is interested in photography will be a much keener observer of the world around him, from micro to infinity. Hail to these people, starting with the great ones. Man Ray, Andre Kertesz, Dorothea...

    Greetings from the Blue Rose

Your lives will change with the 22, a great choice for a boat. The exploring you can do with a 22 is unlimited, as Bill and El and Sam Landsman and others have shown us. The C-Brats are the best group ever as an added bonus, and you will find C-Brats are out there on the water, also looking for...

    speed

In-Cahoots,CD-25, will easily cruise at 17 knots, and will do-30mph here at home which is 4200ft+ elevation at wot. I think the 135 honda is more than adaquate. These boats are not speed boats which, in my opinion, is a different market. Roger

fishing Yellowstone Lake for lake trout

How is the marina, well the marina is fabulous and uncrowded and sometimes patrolled by moose and bear. Frosty mornings can occur at anytime, and afternoon winds can sometimes produce BIG waves. The lake is at 7700 ft elevation so you may want to drop down a prop pitch. The marina sells some...

    Prince Edward Island anyone?

Prince Edward Island is the only place I've been where the farmyards have large fishing boats parked right next to the tractor! We were impressed by wonderful local down home people, no tourist type pressure to buy junk and a very interesting island. Now to Lunenberg - If I'd seen Lunenberg...

I've been told that there is no such thing as a dumb question! ?. When anchoring in a heavy current with a heavy boat, is the anchor winlass capable of withstanding the constant tug or should you put an additional wrap around a cleat? I'm talking about short periods anchoring on the Columbia...
