Nice job. I like that. I have thought of doing the same thing on my 16' angler. I currently have the passenger seat out and may replace it with the Garelick Jumpseat that folds up. A berth is certainly an option on the angler with this modification. The removal could be reversible , too...

Well, Van Horn Texas may not be up to Wild Blue Jims standards but my grandparents liked it well enough for many years and so do the hard working town folk there. I guess a cheap shot is easier than educating oneself about an area that may be different from what we know...

Pat, I filled the holes where my passenger seat was screwed down with JB weld. It's an easy mixing epoxy and has worked great. It does sound like that may have been an old batch, I mixed some up today and it was pliable before adding catalyst. More so after mixing. I use a flat surface for...

I just removed the teak strips between my gas tanks on the "Palomino' a 1987 16' angler. Looks like the first time they have been off . Happy to report dry as a bone. I will be reaming them out a bit and epoxying after refinish. JT :thup
