I have a 22 cruiser, with a 2015 DF90 Suzuki. The prop the motor came with could not get the boat above 5200 RPM's, with frequent cavitation. After much research I was able to narrow down which prop was best, and now get to 6500 RPM WOT, and no cavitation. The owners manual for this motor says...

Spent all day on the Ocean yesterday 7/6/16 out of Garibaldi. Temp was 75 F, 0 ft. swell, 1 mph winds. Pretty much like a bath tub for 12 hours. Finished it off with an ideal sized Halibut.

Valkyrie isn't the one. They have a very good album though.

8 miles from the house to the ramp, 10 miles south after crossing the bar to the best fishing around.

I recently removed and inspected a cleat and am toying with the idea od experimenting with bedding it with butyl instead of bedding compound. The core is protected with rhe overdrilling and filling process. What do you think? Bad idea? How bout butyl for rebedding the bow rails? Thanks.

The bulkhead has water intrusion and is leaking when the boat vibrates? At this point, I would be so overcome I think I would take a very small drill bit and start testing little places here and there.
