Depends on location, but point well taken. It can be a major PITA, or almost a non-issue. In WA, getting an oversize permit is relatively cheap and easy online. Even if permits weren't an issue, I'd not tow a Nordic 26 significant distances. It's just no fun - it's a LOT of boat and trailer...

Sounds like venting/fuel flow could be a potential culprit, but even though you've looked into that - have you tried running it on a portable tank just to make sure?
