Do you strap your boat down when trailering?

So i trailer a Tomcat. my trailer has internal guides that prevent any sort of transverse shifting. I keep the bow winch strap and a safety chain on the bow pad eye. I've never used stern straps because of the internal bunks. However, if the bow padeye failed there would be nothing checking...

    USS John S McCain

there is a law of requisite variety in cybernetics that basically states that a system or person can not be less complex than the system or person it operates. One will be limited by whichever is least complex. I have made a bit of a jump and applied this concept to High reliability...

    tomcat permatrims

That lower unit has so much silver rimpaint on it from where the old honda paint has chipped off, so color matching isn't a big deal. I just add more rim paint.

    tomcat permatrims

I suppose i'll take the other permatrim off and see how she rides. If she rides well I guess i'll be using some bondo on those holes.

    young child's immersion suit

Unless you have a two headed survival suit this sounds like a scary way to drown/suffocate a kid.

    young child's immersion suit

for that kind of money you might as well buy a small 4 man raft second hand and not have something that a kid will outgrow. Also think of the situation you're going to to be in; are you going to have enough time time put on your survival suit and try and force a screaming toddler into theirs...
