On my boat the strainer supplies the engine - wash down and the A/C - so you'll want to fire up the A/C to get the RV juice through the system. My head is on a separate valve on the port side of the boat. By the way, there might be a trap on the A/C evap drain so you might want to look that...

Ok, just an update on my S1 installation - everything is installed except for the hoses ( waiting for them to arrive) and the rudder indicator where I'm making up a bracket. Fired up the Autopilot / Garmin - put a waypoint and everything seems to good, it shows the waypoint name and distance...
