I used to have a 16' Angler (acquired last spring by TrebleHook Tim) which in a former lifetime was a harbor patrol boat in Emeryville, CA. When I got it, it had a sturdy tow bar attached to the stern and gunwales to elevate the lines to prevent any conflicts with the outboard. I keep thinking...
