Steve I would especially like to see the water pump replacement. My engine has a strong stream from the pump, but it has only been replaced once in 14 years. I guess that is because it gets flushed after every trip, but it should probably be replaced when I am repairing the hole in the lower unit.

I have a 2004 Honda 90 and it is carbureted. The only problem I have experienced, was due to a tank of bad fuel at the beginning of the season. I suspect the fuel had sat in the marina's tank for several months before I filled up.
