I agree with Dave on the Grade 8 hardware. Home Depot has a good stock of Grade 8 bolts, nuts, washers (1/2" or better). Won't hurt to back up with flat plate as needed.

Try your local locksmith first. Will be cheaper than $20 key from Ugly Fish. My 22 did not have key. I took lockset to locksmith and they made a key in 15 minutes for $5.00. You have spare key-should be easy. Maybe try Star Lock and Key (504-522-5474).
