My windless will not work with 8 plaite. It bunches up at the pressure finger. Don’t want to go all chain So wondering if there is a windless that works with 1/2 in 8 plaite?

What thrust is best. I have a cdory 25 so don’t know how much different from a 22

Has anyone put a minn kota trolling motor on their cdory instead of windless or anchor winch? I read they are more accurate for fishing than an anchor Would one work up here in Alaska?

25ft cdory cruiser. Anchor rode bunches up as it enters locker and stops windless. I guess it is not deep enough For vertical windless. Have a good windless with their rope. But still bunches up. Have to crawl up to clear rope before it will continue . Any suggestions I even tried 8plaite...

Spectrum does not stock a patch paste 2 oz kit for c dory year 2000-2010 Anyone know the formula to mix it. Ie how much brown or black to white. Or do I have to trial and error it? So much easier if someone has already mixed it. Thanks

It is possible that the google info is wrong on the weights. Regardless I was more interested in the over power information. In the process I learned that weight is more important than the power. So will look for the lowest weight motors and make final decision. Thanks all and Merry Christmas

So I have a 25 ft cruiser with 2 evenrude 2007 90s on it Was thinking of up grading with 2 Honda 115 Boat says max hp is 200. Tho Hondas weigh 359 each for both their 90 and 115. So what is the problem with exceeding 200 hp if the weight is ok? Why not have more hp available if there is no...

I googled the weight and it said the weight for the Honda 90 was the same as the 115. 359 lbs Is the transom to weak for anything over 200 hp? I guess I don’t understand

How about 2 Honda 115s on a 25 cruiser? The weight is the same as the Honda 90s so I’m told.

Just replaced my old 85 with a new one. Nothing wrong with the old one. Never had an issue. It was just 17 years old. Are the older ones worth anything? Hate to throw it away.

Do a search for dry bilge system. Pricy but works in 1/2 inch and less water I now have a completly dry bilge

I did the same thing. However mine continued to leak from somewhere so I got fed up and bought the dry bilge system from its creator in Canada. Now they are selling the system on Amazon. The price was over $400 now they are $395 on Amazon. Have not had water in bilge since. Best thing I ever did...

I bought my self righting anchor in 07 after the anchor kept twisting. Bought it from the UK. Cost over $100. Was not available in the USA. Never had a problem. I only anchor to fish. No extended Anchorage.
