    2007 honda quite pumping water.

    Saturday I was fishing at the chicken ranch out of newport when the current got bad I had to usemy kicker, 2007 honda 9.9, every two minutes or so it would just stop, i noticed it was not pumping water through the pee hole, with the motor this new I am hopeing it is only pluged up any suggestions?
