Saturday I was fishing at the chicken ranch out of newport when the current got bad I had to usemy kicker, 2007 honda 9.9, every two minutes or so it would just stop, i noticed it was not pumping water through the pee hole, with the motor this new I am hopeing it is only pluged up any suggestions?

I have the e-tec 90, what a great engine, nothing to say bad about it, all good, but I do have a honda 10 horse for my kicker motor and it is great as well, I am very happy for you, you will enjoy your c-dory very much and welcome aboard as a c-brat as well, bring it up to newport this summer...

In answer to how do you check your fluid in your steering column, if you have a Bay Star system there is a cap on the column. In my previous reply I mentioned that I had this same problem as well as several other people on the west coast, this leak is hard to detect or find, cause it runs behind...

I purchased a 2006 22ft cruiser, and second time out in the water,I had the exact same problem, very hard to find, finally I found the steering column was leaking and running between the two fiberglas panels on the firewall, took it to the dealer and was only a o ring in the steering system...

Pretty much all has been mentioned, one thing I am glad I added as an aftermarket is the on board battery charger, for a good one it cost under $200 to buy and install myself. :roll: :thup
