    Water intrusion into balsa core

I've had problems logging on. I took my boat in to my marina and consulted with the "experts". Although the holes around most all of the old screws look bad, the intrusion is only a couple of inches around the hole, at most. Simple fix to that. As far as fastening the tank down we decided to...

    Water intrusion into balsa core

Thanks Matt, I'm really hoping so. My boat sat unused for years before I purchased, so I really don't know how long it's been wet.

    Water intrusion into balsa core

    Replacement Tanks?

Thanks guys! One more worry I can put away. It is nice to check the fuel level by sight. What a great boat. I'm headed to Ocracoke, Hatteras and Roanoke Island for the 4th, and we're finding all kinds of cool places to store stuff.

    Replacement Tanks?

The plastic tanks on my 2001 CD 22 are bulging on the sides, losing their flat shape, and I'm thinking of replacing with Stainless or perhaps aluminium. Is there a standard template for replacement tanks? Who if anyone carries tanks that are designed for my boat?

    Folding Dinghy

Anyone have any information on using a Porta Bote as a dinghy? Seems it would store OK on top, but I'm not too sure about assembling it on board. Thanks! Hugh

    Screw Holes

We're finally C-dory owners and we love it here on beautiful Lake Norman. We are in process of getting canvas, and are learning about things like the hot little diesel stove, and more urgently, the bilge pumps. Mine seems to stop up with pollen and leaves etc pretty often so I'm having to...
